My responsibilities included leading a once-a-week 90 minute lab that is designed to reinforce the concepts and skills necessary to succeed in Calculus 1.
Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a graduate teaching assistant at BMC, I facilitate office hours/problem sessions for students twice a week. This time is dedicated for students to ask questions about course content and for students to collaborate with one another on homework in a supported environment. My responsibilities include grading, providing feedback on student work, creating exam review material, and providing support via problem sessions, scheduled appointments, and email.
